Indoor Air Quality

The Most Thorough Cleaning Ever Or Its Free!!(205)664-5559

Medical experts and scientist tell us children are defenseless to protect themselves from indoor environmental hazards.

Dangers like: air pollution, dust particles, volatile organic compounds, migrated outdoor pollutants, grease and oil, food particles, pesticides, dust mites and allergens.

What’s kinda freaky and somewhat shocking is – the environmental hazard to your new born, infant, or preschool child (or pet) playing on the floor is much greater than yours as an adult standing in the same room.  That is due to what Dr. Cynthia F. Bearer calls…
Breathing Zones

Imagine a glass of water half full.  Pour in 1/3rd cup of liquid oil.  What happens? Right!  It separates and the “heavier” liquid settles hard to the bottom.  Like water, any particle heaver than air settles to a lower level.  This is what happens to air quality in your home.

What this means to you is… the breathing zone for you as an adult is five to six feet above the floor, and a lot safer.  However for your child, grandchild or pet, they live on the floor. Truth is, the floor is where children spend most of their early lives… learning to crawl, walk and play.  Children are growing up in the lowest level-breathing zone, because…

Your Carpet Is The Lowest And Largest
Horizontal Surface In Your Home

It is within these lower breathing zones that heavier chemicals and large breathable particles settle down.  Then these particles get kicked back  and redistributed into the air when you walk across the carpet. In your home, the quality of air can literally change from healthy for an adult… to dangerous for children.

Now, imagine this… an infant who is badly sunburned because of her inability to escape the sun.  Her parents would be horrified. That is akin to a child playing on the floor who doesn’t know to remove herself from the invisible polluting agents. Nor would her parents ever suspect a problem.

But in her case, it’s not sunburn that afflicts her.  It’s worse, because she is physically smaller than you – and is in a rapid state of growth – and because her metabolic rate is higher than yours, she consumes more oxygen relative to her size than you do.

Children are becoming “bodies of evidence”, according to Dr. Bearer.  A six-month-old child with an average oxygen consumption rate will receive twice the exposure to an indoor air pollutant than you will.

Are Your Childs Lungs Slowly Clogging?

And this is even more scary: From birth to adolescence, her lungs continue to develop more alveoli.  Alveoli are the terminal air sacs through which human’s breath.  The increase in the number of alveoli increases the size of the absorptive area in her lungs.

This means more airborne chemicals absorb deeper into her lungs, and gain greater access to the child’s body as she ages – in effect slowly crippling her from the inside out.

Ironically, scientists and researchers blame household vacuum cleaners… for not doing their job. In fact, they’ve discovered a disturbing “inconvenient truth” about ‘high-efficiency particulate air’ or HEPA filters… they are no more effective than much cheaper, lower quality models at reducing exposure to dust-mites!

In other words… they can even make your allergies worse by kicking up toxic dust.  These released particles tend to build up over time and have the greatest potential to cause severe harm as they are inhaled deep into her lungs.

Absorbed Through Her Skin, Too?

She’s an absorbent sponge: In addition to airborne particles and chemicals that invade her lungs, as she plays on a dirty carpet is exposed to toxins that can be easily absorbed through her skin, because her skin is much more absorbent than your own.

In fact, for the same amount of skin covered, the younger child may receive up to three times the dose received by an adult. Even through her bare feet.  But that’s not even the worse part of this tragic scenario.

Here’s the scariest part…

Her Brain Suffers The Consequences!

According to Dr. Cynthia F. Bearer, M.D., Ph.D.: lungs and skin are the pathways in which toxins invade the innocent child.  Children are vastly different from adults because their organs are undergoing growth and maturation.

Harmful exposures to contaminated surfaces and dirty carpet and rugs eventually reveal themselves in the cruelest way… diminished intelligence quotient (IQ) levels.

Astonishingly, 90% of all house dust is made up of your own skin!  That’s because every three days you shed a layer of your skin, and it’s the protein in these tiny particles of your dead skin that is food for Dust Mites.  The average household contains over 2 million Dust Mites, with a new generation arriving every 3 weeks.  This doesn’t include your pet.

It’s the Dust Mite’s excrement that triggers most respiratory allergies such as Asthma.  Not only that, but it is one of the biggest causes of eczema, and year round rhinitis… which is the sneezing and runny nose associated with allergies.

If It Looks Dirty… It’s Filthy… And Dangerous!

Carpet works much the same way as a furnace filter… picking up pollutants and contaminants so that they are not free floating in the air and then infuses themselves into your lungs.   Except you can’t throw your carpet out every 30, 60 or 90 days like you would a filter.  If you’ve ever changed an air filter in your home after 30 days, and it was so dirty you didn’t even want to touch it, just imagine how dirty carpet can become in a very short time.

If a carpet is not professionally cleaned on a regular basis, it can become a breeding ground for biopollutants.  It is crucial to the health of your family to regularly empty the “filter” and make sure your carpets are cleaned properly.

The Disappointing Research About Your Expensive Vacuum Cleaner

While it is common sense to vacuum your rugs and carpets at least once a week, recent research has revealed two very disturbing facts that concern your health and the health of your loved ones:

1) Disturbing Fact #1: Woolcock Institute Of Medical Research (May 23, 2007) Research conducted by the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research found vacuum cleaning is largely ineffective at removing dust mite allergens.  Researchers concluded that “vacuum cleaning is an ineffective allergy avoidance measure” because it is an incomplete, inconsistent and incompetent cleaning process.

2) Disturbing Fact #2: ScienceDaily (Feb 13, 2006) Researchers at the North West Lung Center, run by The University of Manchester discovered that vacuum cleaners with ‘high-efficiency particulate air’ or HEPA filters are no more effective than standard models at reducing exposure to dust-mite allergens.

More disturbing than that is the discovery that those expensive HEPA vacuum cleaners “actually increase an individuals exposure to particles containing cat allergens.”   Researchers conclude (and I quote) “High-efficiency vacuum cleaners confer no benefits and should not currently be specifically recommended to allergy sufferers as a means of reducing personal exposure to allergens, either by their manufacturers or health professionals.”

...So, now we know that…

Your Vacuum Cleaner Can’t Adequately Protect
Your Loved Ones From Allergies, Dust Mites Or Other Contaminants…
So, Now What?

The EPA – The Environmental Protection Agency – alerts families to the vital and critical need to protect your family from indoor pollutants found in your carpet and rugs by having regular scheduled professional hot water extraction cleaning.  See the chart below:

No need to rub your eyes… you are NOT misreading this chart!  To safeguard your family, the United States Environmental Agency is recommending you have your carpets professionally cleaned at least every 6 months… and even more frequently depending on your family situation and climate.

A HEALITHER HOME IS THE BEST DOCTOR
YOUR BODY WILL EVER HAVE!

If you are like me, you hate problems without answers, you hate movies with sad endings, and you hate environments where you have no control.  So, I’m determined to provide you with a cure for what is ailing your home…

IF YOU’VE GOT TWO HOURS… EVERY SIX MONTHS… (FOUR HOURS PER YEAR)
I GUARANTEE TO ELIMINATE 95% OF THE INDOOR ALLERGIES
FROM YOUR CARPET, FROM YOUR BEDDING, AND FROM YOUR HOME!

How often do you wake up with a stopped up nose… and can hardly breath because of it?  How many times have you awakened with a dry sore throat… because you are not able to breath out of your nose, and were forced to open your mouth instead?

How often does your nose run like a faucet…while in your home, versus while at work?  How frequently do you find yourself with itchy allergy eyes… and you blame it on seasonal ragweed or allergies because you can’t put a finger on why you are having a flair up?

How often do you feel like sneezing your head off…while doing basic household chores?  How many times do you have postnasal drip… that not only drives you crazy, but also drips into the back of your throat at exactly the wrong time when you need to talk?

How often have you had breathing problems that turn into doctor visits and missed work?  How often do you see dust floating around your home when sunlight beams through a window?

Finally, how often do you find yourself rushing over to the medicine cabinet and ripping into a package of Claritin, Theraflu or Zyrtec?

What if I told you that I have a way to solve these problems and I can prove it!

Here’s how: I’ll provide you with the highest quality, most thorough cleaning ever… and I promise I will do it for far less than it would cost you to buy some fancy new HEPA vacuum cleaner!

Thousands less.

In fact, if you were to buy a Dyson vacuum DC stowaway cleaner, you would be out a cool $499.99 (That’s $500 bucks)!  If you were to buy a Miele Capricorn S5980 stowaway cleaner, you would be out a jaw dropping $1099.00!  And if you were to buy a Rainbow E2 series vacuum cleaner, you would feel robbed after spending a staggering $1799.99!

When you look at those prices, remember what the researchers at the North West Lung Center had to say… “High-efficiency vacuum cleaners confer no benefits and should not currently be specifically recommended to allergy sufferers as a means of reducing personal exposure to allergens, EITHER BY THEIR MANUFACTURERS OR HEALTH PROFESSIONALS.”

And for the prices you’d spend for those high-end vacuums that leave you disappointed, I can professionally remove the dust particles, volatile organic compounds, migrated outdoor pollutants, grease and oil, food particles, pesticides, dust mites, allergens and much, much more… twice a year, every year for…

Three Years Straight

Plus: your cleaning schedule would fit in with the EPA’s recommendations for healthy carpet beautifully.  Not only that, but you’ll be placed on my “Worry Free” program that takes all the worry out of keeping your carpets and rugs cleaned.  It’s one thing off your plate, you never have to think about it, and you can rest assured you are in professional hands.

Plus: I have a very special report to give you when we arrive.  It’s called, “Environmental Health Hazards: How Children Are Different from Adults” written by Dr, Cynthia F. Beard, M.D. from which much of the information in this letter is derived.

If you have little ones – children, grandchildren or even pets – running around underfoot, doesn’t it make sense to have your carpets and rugs professionally cleaned at least one time every six months to ensure the health of their little lungs, skin and sinuses?

If you believe that as I do, then call me today and we will schedule an appointment to begin your worry free lifestyle.

In our short time together today, you’ve seen the science behind dirty carpets and how they affect the most innocent among us… our children, grandchildren and even our pets.

You’ve read research after research how breathing zones affect children the most… and adults the least.  You’ve read where adults suffer with allergies because of their homes contaminated environment.  If we as adults suffer… imagine what our children and grandchildren are going through!

Now, it’s time for you to decide.

The simple fact is, any vacuum cleaner salesman would sell you their top of the line vacuum, and you’d be out thousands of dollars… and still have polluted air.

But for less than 2 dollars per day, professional carpet cleaning from Dad’s Carpet Cleaning Firm just may be the best bargain you’ll see in you lifetime.

We are a service organization serving you with a conscience,
